Tutti Frutti just opened in Philadelphia at the corner of Juniper & Walnut, where a Bonté used to be (across from Naked Chocolate).
Benedikt and I ducked in there on Friday to escape the heat and to see if it was anything special in the rapidly expanding microcosm of Philly froyo.
It's self-serve with maybe 10 flavors, including blueberry, peanut, acai berry, and cake. You can add lots of your own toppings, from fruit to nuts to gummi bears. You pay by the ounce at the end, pretty reasonably priced.
The frozen yogurt was cold and of a good consistency, the fruit toppings were fresh. It wasn't awesome but it was definitely good.
Shortly afterwards she bit me for scratching too close to her butt.
I feel full just looking at the pictures. We picked up burgers (and fries, sometimes) from
500 Degrees (linking to their Twitter account since they don't seem to have a website...)
